Zuni Restaurant Roast Chicken

This class brings the West Coast to DC! Ordering the Roast Chicken at Zuni, the iconic San Francisco restaurant, is a must! Part of the magic is the dry brine of the bird (which will start before the class); another magical part is the warm bread salad with currants and bitter greens tossed in a vinaigrette enhanced with the roasted chicken renderings.

$95 per person. Capacity of 4 people.

  • Spring Fruit & Whipped Cream

Please Note:

  • Class ingredients include meat, dairy, gluten and pine nuts.

  • Exact location will be provided upon registration and payment.

  • Classes are nonrefundable, but can be transferred to another student for the same class.

  • Children ages 14-18 are welcome if accompanied by an adult, with each purchasing their own ticket.
