We’re celebrating spring vegetables - and going a bit old school - with this vibrant vegetarian menu! Crudités and Pasta Primavera are not just for the last century - we’re taking the best vegetables of the Farmers’ Market and preparing them simply to highlight their nature-given flavors.

$95 per person. Capacity of 4 people.

  • Farmers’ Market Crudité with Green Goddess Dip

  • Pasta Primavera with Spring Vegetables

  • Beet Salad with Goat Cheese

  • Spring Fruit & Whipped Cream

Please Note:

  • Class ingredients include dairy, nuts, gluten and nuts.

  • Exact location will be provided upon registration and payment.

  • Classes are nonrefundable, but can be transferred to another student for the same class.

  • Children ages 14-18 are welcome if accompanied by an adult, with each purchasing their own ticket.
