This menu honors Sara’s home state of Rhode Island a/k/a Little Rhody a/k/a the Ocean State. The ocean brings the seafood, and RI’s Italian and Portuguese communities bring the olive oil, garlic, cured meats, sharp cheese, pickled vegetables and fresh herbs.
