RI-Dreaming Seafood

This menu honors Sara’s home state of Rhode Island a/k/a Little Rhody a/k/a the Ocean State. The ocean brings the seafood, and RI’s Italian and Portuguese communities bring the olive oil, garlic, cured meats, sharp cheese, pickled vegetables and fresh herbs.

$95 per person. Capacity of 4 people.

  • Clams & Portuguese Chorizo in Garlicky Broth

  • Pan-fried Calamari with Cherry Peppers

  • Prosciutto-wrapped Melon with Mint

  • Crisp Romaine & Iceberg Salad with Salami, Sharp Provolone & Pickled Vegetables

Please Note:

  • Class ingredients include meat, dairy and gluten. There are no nuts, but the kitchen contains nuts.

  • Exact location will be provided upon registration and payment.

  • Classes are nonrefundable, but can be transferred to another student for the same class.

  • Children ages 14-18 are welcome if accompanied by an adult, with each purchasing their own ticket.
